Servolaser Xpert Series Movable Laser

The Servolaser XPert is a flexible laser positioning system with fixed and movable line laser modules. In most applications, Servolaser XPert project two parallel lines in varying positions, controlled by product specifications. These two lines can move symmetrical in relation to a third, fixed centerline, or independently.

The laser line modules are placed at the required positions by instructions of PC with LAP software Laser Position Control or PLC. Servolaser XPert can be directly connected to PC or PLC by Ethernet interface. Changes during production are foolproof because of product-specific line positions: no movement by hand, no optical markers, no measuring efforts. Just type in product code, that‘s it!
