Piezofilm is a flexible, lightweight, tough engineering plastic available in a wide variety of thicknesses and large areas. It was great sensibility and wide franquecy response.
Piezofilm is available as metalized sheets, as coaxial cables, as single elements or as ready to use components. In most applications the piezofilm requires a high impedance signal conditionner. Applications range from impact detection to vital signs monitoring.
