Mouting Blocks

The mounting block offers a means of supporting our transducers.

We suggest that at least 2 are used per transducer and for longer stroke units 3 or 4.

For very high accuracy or physically demanding applications, you may wish to use metal mounting blocks.

Rod-End Bearings

Rod-End Bearing

Rod-end bearings can be used with captive type transducers where there may be some mis-alignment

They should not be used horizontally if the transducer range is greater than ±100mm.

For ranges larger than this you may wish to consider using our Mounting block.

The major construction material is Plated low carbon steel. Operating temperature from -35°C to 170°C.
