Metrolog MDS1000 Digital Indicator

The MDS1000 Single Digital Indicator is a precision equipment designed for dimensional quality control in production lines.

Its input channel is compatible with LVDT and Plug gauge from many manufacturers.

Two tolerance limit set points, indicated by three leds, quickly indicate if the actual measurement is within specifications or above/under the specified limits.

For machine automation, two integrated relays activated by the tolerance set points are available; both NO and NC contacts are available from a bottom connector.

The MDS1000 was designed for universal high precision and high repeatability QC applications.
