Condicionadores Metrolog FC10 e LV10

Metrolog LV10 is a compact lightweight signal conditioner for LVDT sensors. Supplied integrated with a user selected LVDT sensor, LV10 conditioner gives a DC proportional output signal for direct connection with signal acquisition boards, PLCs, IHMs, external display, and other compatible devices. All necessary electronic circuits are embedded inside an aluminum casing, with a DC ±10V output (pre-calibrated to sensor's full range) and a digital zero crossing signal. LV10 plus LVDT sensor is factory calibrated and supplied ready to use.

The Metrolog FC10 conditioner if a DC-DC signal conditioner with integrated AC-DC power supply capable of generate the required LV10 symmetrical DC ±15VDC supply voltage, capable of converting symmetrical analog DC signal (±10V) to asymmetrical 0-5V and 0-10V signals, and with one relay NO/NC contacts available (activated by a zero crossing signal from LV10 or other external device).

When associated, the LV10 and FC10 conditioners allow ease interface of LVDT sensors with machines and automation equipments, without the need of DC power supplies or external additional electronic circuits.

  • Type: LVDT signal conditioner (integrated to sensor's cable)
  • Compatibility: LVDT or RVDT sensors with 5 or 6 wires. Compatible with Schaevitz LVDTs series AP, LBB, GCA, PCA375 and HCA
  • Power supply: Symmetrical, -15VDC and +15VDC (35mA max.)
  • Input signals: Acquired from LVDT sensor integrated with the LV10
  • Output signals: Symmetrical, calibrated, -10VDC to +10VDC and digital zero crossing signal (-10VDC / +10VDC, with hysteresis)
  • Technical characteristics (LV10 only, without attached sensor):
      • Typical excitation sine signal of 5kHz, 3Vpp
      • Span and phase factory adjusted
      • Typical thermal drift and offset of 20ppm/°C
      • Typical Non-linearity of 75ppm (full scale)
      • Operation temperature: 0°C to + 55°C
  • Casing: Cylindrical, aluminum alloy, Ø 16 mm x 100 mm length. Cable fittings and 2m extension cable included.
  • IP53 protection grade.

Features - FC10 Model

  • Type: Rack mount analog signal conditioner
  • Compatibility: Sensors and conditioners with symmetrical DC output from -10VDC to + 10VDC
  • Power supply: 110VAC or 220VAC (1.5VA max.)
  • Input signals: DC symmetrical analog -10VDC to +10VDC and digital signal of zero crossing
  • Output signals: Analog 0 to 5VDC, 0 to 10 VDC and -10VDC to +10VDC. NO and NC relay contacts (activated by zero crossing signal).
  • Auxiliary power supply for external sensors: -15VDC and +15VDC (50mA max.)
  • Technical characteristics (FC10 only):
      • Output signals factory calibrated
      • Typical thermal drift and offset of 100ppm/°C
      • Typical Non-linearity of 150ppm (full scale)
