Metrolog® Electronic Column for Grinders - CR10

CR10 electronic column is a precision measuring equipment for use in production line grinders.

The measuring process is done by a precision LVDT linear displacement sensor that converts small dimensional changes in electrical signals. The readout is available through a 80 segments led bargraph and a digital LCD display.

During the grinding process the actual diameter size is displayed to the user (with automatic range selection) and output signals are available for machine automation (speed change and process stop) based on predefined tolerance limits.
