Disposivo Metrolog® DP10G

Metrolog DP10G fixture is a general use fixture for inspection of outer diameters.

This model has a prism placed over a precision guide line, being suitable for measurement of complex shape parts or smi-automatic measurement processes.

Available in two models (for LVDT and Air-Electronic) it offers a simple solution for measuring outer diameter of shafts, cylinders and other parts that may be positioned in the base prism.

DP10G

Both models allow quick setup to measure outer diameters from 5 mm up to 50 mm.

Available models

  • DP10G-2P - Mechanical fixture, prism, calibration metal sheet and two air jet with quick connections.
  • DP10G-2S - Mechanical fixture, prism and calibration metal sheet. LVDT sensors (LBB series recommended) should be purchased separately.
